1. Processing Times
Because our pieces are handmade, processing times can fluctuate. Ready-to-ship items leave the studio within 48-72 hours. Bespoke pieces typically require 1-2 weeks of focused craftsmanship before they are ready for their journey.
2. Shipping Rates
We believe in transparency. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the heritage fibers and the destination of the delivery. Free shipping is often offered for curated bundles as a thank you for supporting slow craftsmanship.
3. Tracking Your Vision
Once your piece has been hand-wrapped and dispatched, you will receive a professional confirmation email from our studio with your unique tracking number.
4. Delays & Damages
While rare, if a courier mishandles your piece, please contact us at hello@senaretsetti.com within 24 hours of arrival. We will ensure the story has a happy ending.
